Frequently Asked Questions
Will you be adding more dog breeds/styles in the future?
✻ Yes! Palmetto Pup Co LLC was modeled after our French Bulldog, Rocko. You'll tend to see most items launch initially with French Bulldog designs.
✻ We strive to accommodate several dog breeds. If you don't see yours listed, feel free to send us a message! While we can't guarantee that every item in our shop will have your breed, stay tuned for future arrivals! We're always open to suggestions.
Will you ever consider making items for pawrents of cats (or other pets)?
✻ While feline friends are not our specialty, feel free to contact us with any custom order inquiries.
✻ Custom orders are made to order at the discretion of Palmetto Pup Co LLC.
How long until my order ships?
✻ Made to order items can take up to 7 days to be processed. Look out for email updates when your package ships.
✻ For US orders over $50, free economy shipping is offered. If you want to upgrade your shipping speed, please feel free to do so at checkout.
How can I cancel my order?
✻ All cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing an order. After 24 hours, your items will go into production and no cancellations will be granted.
Do you accept returns and/or exchanges?
✻ Unfortunately, most of our items (including stickers) are customized and made to order; therefore we cannot accept any returns or exchanges on those items.
✻ For any damaged items, you must contact us within 72 hours of your parcel's tracking number being "delivered." Return/exchange requests after 72 hours will not be granted.

What if my items are late/lost in transit?
✻ Once the mail carrier receives the package, its status is out of our hands. Inclement weather can often slow down the mail carriers. For lost or damaged packages, insurance claims can be made directly with the mail carrier (USPS/ UPS, etc.) for orders shipped with insurance.
Do you ship internationally?
✻ Yes, we ship internationally. Please note, Palmetto Pup Co LLC is not responsible for any international taxes, duties or customs fees associated with your order.
